What Is The Nurturing Programme?

Children are rewarding, stimulation and fun, but looking after them can be stressful and challenging. One of the ways Small Wonders provides support is by running The Nurturing Programme, which is a free 10-week programme that helps deal with the challenges of parenting so that you can have a calmer, happier life. The Nurturing Programme is a tried and tested programme that helps us think about what we do, why we do it and how it makes us feel. Alongside this, Small Wonders also runs Parenting Puzzle Workshops, 4 sessions based on The Nurturing Programme especially designed for parents of children under 5.

The group was fun. It’s the only two hours I have for myself each week.

The atmosphere was really relaxed. No-one judged anyone and everyone was listened to and respected.
